1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver in select areas. You can check service availability by entering your pincode in the app. We are continuously expanding our delivery network.

• For next morning delivery: Order before 8:00 PM • For same-day delivery: Order before 2:00 PM • Subscription orders are automatically scheduled • Orders placed after cut-off will be delivered next available slot

4. Delivery Charges

• Orders above ₹99: FREE delivery • Orders below ₹99: ₹20 delivery charge • Subscription orders: Always FREE delivery • Express delivery (if available): Additional ₹30

5. Minimum Order Value

• Regular orders: No minimum order value • Cash on Delivery: Minimum ₹100 • Some areas may have different minimums based on distance

6. Delivery Process

1. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/notification 2. Delivery partner assigned - you'll get their details 3. Real-time tracking available once out for delivery 4. Delivery partner will call/ring bell upon arrival 5. Please check products at the time of delivery

7. Contactless Delivery

We offer contactless delivery option: • Select "Leave at door" during checkout • Delivery partner will place order at your doorstep • You'll receive a photo confirmation • Ideal for early morning deliveries

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to: • Customer unavailable: We'll attempt redelivery or refund • Wrong address: Please update address for redelivery • Restricted access: Contact us to arrange alternative For perishable items, we cannot reattempt delivery. Refund will be processed.

9. Product Handling

• All dairy products are transported in insulated bags • Cold chain maintained throughout delivery • Fresh fruits are packed carefully to prevent damage • Products are checked before dispatch
